These terms apply to the LΛSTR event platform.

1. Introduction

LΛSTR is a digital platform that enables users to participate in deterministic, time-based competitive events.

By accessing or using LΛSTR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

LΛSTR is a deterministic, skill-based competitive system.

Participants engage in structured events governed entirely by predefined rules and participant actions. Outcomes are determined exclusively by:

• timing of valid actions
• sequencing of participant interactions
• adherence to event rules

LΛSTR does not provide gambling, betting, or wagering services.

There is:

• no randomness
• no probabilistic outcome
• no house-controlled advantage

All outcomes are reproducible and derived from deterministic logic.

3. Eligibility

By using LΛSTR, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• your participation complies with all applicable laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of LΛSTR is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Participation Model

Participation in LΛSTR events may occur through:

• paid events (seat purchase required), or
• free events (no payment required, participation rules still apply)

In paid events:

• users acquire a seat
• each seat grants a predefined number of bid tokens

Bid tokens:

• are non-transferable
• have no independent monetary value
• exist solely within the context of a specific event

Participants use tokens to submit valid actions (“bids”) within the system.

5. Event Mechanics

Each event operates under a predefined configuration, including:

• seat capacity
• minimum participation threshold
• tokens per seat
• timer duration and reset interval
• payout allocation rules

Each accepted bid resets the event timer to a predefined duration.

The event continues as long as valid bids are submitted before the timer expires.

An event ends when:

• the timer reaches zero without a new accepted bid

The final valid bidder at the time of expiration is designated as the winner.

6. Deterministic Execution and Transparency

All event outcomes are executed according to deterministic system rules.

LΛSTR maintains an append-only action record of all event activity. This record:

• defines the authoritative sequence of actions
• allows reconstruction of event state
• ensures outcome reproducibility

Where applicable, event data may be anchored to public blockchain infrastructure to provide:

• verifiable proof of event integrity
• independent auditability
• tamper-evident records

Users acknowledge that:

• system behavior is governed by deterministic execution
• outcomes can be independently verified through recorded actions

7. Prize and Payout

In paid events:

• total event rewards are derived from aggregated seat participation
• payout allocation is predefined per event configuration

At event conclusion:

• the final participant may claim the payout
• no additional payment is required from the winner

Payout execution:

• follows system-defined rules
• may require a user-initiated claim action
• is subject to network conditions and technical constraints

8. Refunds and Event Cancellation

An event may be cancelled prior to gameplay if predefined conditions are not met, including but not limited to:

• failure to reach the minimum participation threshold

In such cases:

• the event is automatically marked as cancelled
• eligible participants are entitled to a refund of their seat purchase

Refunds:

• are executed automatically by the system
• are processed according to deterministic logic
• may be recorded or verifiable via system records and/or blockchain transactions

Users acknowledge that:

• refund execution may depend on network conditions
• timing of refund completion may vary

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

Participation does not guarantee any payout or favorable result.

Outcomes depend entirely on participant behavior and timing within system rules.

Users may receive no payout.

10. Platform Role

LΛSTR provides infrastructure for competitive interaction.

The platform:

• defines event rules
• processes user actions
• executes deterministic outcomes

LΛSTR does not act as:

• a financial advisor
• a broker
• a custodian beyond system execution requirements

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• act in good faith
• comply with all platform rules
• provide accurate information where required

Users must not:

• manipulate or interfere with system behavior
• exploit vulnerabilities or unintended mechanics
• use unauthorized automation or scripts

Violations may result in restriction or termination.

12. Prohibited Use

Users may not use LΛSTR:

• for gambling or wagering purposes
• for unlawful financial activity
• to circumvent applicable laws

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, and architecture are owned by LΛSTR.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

LΛSTR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LΛSTR is not liable for:

• financial loss
• missed opportunities
• technical failures
• delays or interruptions

Participation is at the user’s own risk.

15. Modifications

LΛSTR may modify:

• platform functionality
• event rules
• these Terms

Changes take effect upon publication.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

LΛSTR may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• violation of Terms
• suspected misuse
• legal or operational reasons

17. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of LΛSTR complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

LΛSTR makes no representation regarding the legality of participation in any location.

Access may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions at any time.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your participation is lawful where you are located.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable legal principles and the jurisdiction determined by the operating entity of LΛSTR.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal frameworks.
